In this contemporary satire directed by Maureen Weiss, Josh Welsh, plays Mr. Burke, a marketing expert assigned to “put a face” to the Dotzweiller Corporation (parent company to over 300 subsidiary brands). His study lands him in the home of Lewis and Lois (Matthew Faber and Hollace Starr) a young couple who subscribe to the Dotzweiller periodical club. As the study unfolds over the course of several weeks, Lois becomes entranced by the spell of the consumer lifestyle embodied by Mr. Burke, while her husband Lewis is pushed to the brink of insanity. Christopher Rossi plays Mr. Shinebecker, the jealous office rival of Mr. Burke. Elda Pineda plays the part of Mrs. Sharp, the authoritarian but lovesick office manager.
