Kids in Flux

A shortened version of Trade City's 1997 documentary "Kids in Flux." Filmed on location in Croatia during the 1997 International Children's Festival, the video includes interviews with the children, artists, performers, critics, and directors who participate in the festival. Shot and scripted by Josh Worth and Maureen Weiss with music by Kip Hendry and edited by USC film grad, Rian Johnson.

Puppet Magic

Excerpts from Trade City's 2001 puppet show which featured musical numbers by The Sharp-Ease, an "educational" presentation by Josh Welsh, a twisted fairy tale by Jason Goldwine, and "Cocktail II" by Josh Worth. Hosted by Kim McCann, Pat McManamee and a fresh chicken.

Alter Egos

A come as you arent performance party/art exhibit in which guests were invited to come dressed incognito, as their secret identity. Lasting eight hours, the show attracted over 400 people and involved six musical acts, nine performance artists, and 28 visual/installation artists. (2003)

Footage from Maureen Weiss' performance art piece in which women were outfitted with custom-designed dresses. When a string on the dresses was pulled, a built-in speaker emitted a line from a classic play.
